These terms form the agreement between you and EzzyCommerce Store Pvt. Ltd. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, you may use the store only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately at contact@ezzycommerce.store if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close an account involved in fraud, abuse, repeated unjustified refund claims, or any breach of these terms.

4. Products, descriptions and pricing

• We describe every product as accurately as we can. Photography, screen calibration and lighting mean actual colour may differ slightly from what you see on your device.
• Garment measurements may vary by up to half an inch because of the nature of fabric cutting and stitching.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and offers can change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout.
• If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it, but the contract is formed only when we dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order where:

• The item is out of stock or has been withdrawn.
• The delivery address falls outside our serviceable network.
• Payment is declined or flagged by our gateway.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, resale, or bulk-buying intended to circumvent an offer.

Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund under our Refund Policy.

6. Payment

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway; we never store your card details. Cash on Delivery may be unavailable for high-value orders or certain PIN codes.

8. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your rights to return an item and receive a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds and Refund Policy pages, which also form part of these terms.

9. Coupons and promotional offers

• Coupons apply only to the products and minimum order values stated at the time of the offer.
• Unless we say otherwise, only one coupon can be used per order and coupons cannot be combined.
• Coupons carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• If an order that used a coupon is returned, the refund is the amount actually paid after the discount, not the full listed price.
• We may withdraw or modify any offer at any time, and may cancel orders where a coupon has been obtained or used improperly.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store to break any law, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape or copy content in bulk, or resell products bought here without our written permission.

11. Intellectual property

The EzzyCommerce Store name, logo, site design, text, graphics and product photography are owned by EzzyCommerce Store Pvt. Ltd. or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it commercially without our prior written consent.

12. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm it is your own and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the store and in related marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or unrelated to the product.

13. Liability

We take responsibility for supplying the goods you ordered in the condition described. Where a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, your remedy is a replacement or a refund as set out in our returns and refunds pages.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or costs arising from a delivery delay caused by a courier, a natural event, or another matter outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, courier network failures or internet outages. Where such an event occurs, we will contact you and either extend the delivery timeline or cancel and refund the order.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that governs that order.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

17. Grievance contact

In line with Indian consumer protection and IT rules, complaints may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at contact@ezzycommerce.store or +91 1800-000-000, EzzyCommerce Store Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur, Rajasthan — 302001. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
