When your order ships

We pack and hand orders to the courier within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed the next working day. You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel is dispatched.

Where we deliver

All across India — more than 26,000 PIN codes. Enter your PIN code on any product page to check before you order. We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking

Follow your parcel any time from Track Order or in My Account. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating after dispatch.

Missed delivery

The courier tries up to three times and usually calls first, so keep the phone number on your order reachable. After three failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and we refund the order minus the shipping charge.

If your parcel looks damaged

Refuse the delivery if the packaging is torn or tampered with, and tell us the same day. If you spot damage after opening, send us photos within 48 hours and we'll arrange a free pickup with a full refund or replacement.

Delays

Weather, floods, strikes, festival volumes and courier network issues can push deliveries past the windows above. We'll keep you posted. If tracking shows no movement for 7 days straight, contact us and we'll chase it or refund you.
